Mr. Alan Dufur owns and manages multiple companies in the Energy Savings Sector since 1998. He has founded a tech company having a patent pending AI and ML tool to optimize combustion. Prior to his entrepreneurial life, Alan held many banking positions at two organizations including the President/CEO title. Dufur is a Graduate of the Cox School of Business at Southern Methodist University, Dallas, Texas with an emphasis in Finance and Economics. Alan is horse loving person and has ranches where different breed of horses is raised and trained.

Ashish brings immense experience in marketing and sales strategies of Patented technologies. He has long experience in specialty and fine chemicals. He worked with leading Biotech and coating companies like Biocon, Novozymes, Carboline (RPM group, USA), VIP Coatings Gmbh before setting up TheKVM with Co-founders. Ashish authored a book on Pure Polyurea Chemistry he is a co-inventor of a AI and ML based IIOT tool which has patent pending in US and India. He is a voracious tech scouter and love reading about inventions, patents. He was instrumental in adding Tata as a client of KVM. He did BSc followed by PG Tech in textiles (NIFT) later on obtained his M.Sc. (Polymer technology and Colour chemistry) from the University of Leeds. Ashish loves swimming, he volunteers swimming coaching and loves underwater photography.

Having more than 2 decades of experience in technology implementation and development, IP safeguarding, filing and developing prototypes out of raw patents. Have own two granted patents for seed coating polymer and innovative bottom bonding for utensils in India. His third patent pending on AI and ML tool to optimize the combustion an IIOT tool. Developed and established Patented plant multi-nutrient in India while running a project with Intellectual Ventures. Technology and solution provider to leading MNCs. He has degree in Agriculture. He graduated from Gujarat Agriculture University, Junagadh. He likes paying with technology, data, automation and robotics. He has some technology solution to any industrial problem. He enjoys fine arts, automation painting and loves all new gadgets.

Dr. Audrius Berzanskis is our mentor for sensors/IIOT technologies used in mining/ oil & gas exploration. His expertise lies in both the academic and business areas. He has extensive experience in the international academic sector both as a researcher and educator. He is currently CEO of MagiQ Technologies based out of Boston in US. He held engineering and management positions in several distinguished European enterprises, including companies in Sweden, Germany, and Lithuania. In these positions he was responsible for delivering new products to market.

Rakhi is based out at US. She is heading AI, ML and ICT related inventions at KVM. Rakhi over 22 years of proven track record in delivering high quality products in data center infrastructure software at Cisco Systems, Sun Microsystems and Brocade. Her accomplishments include successful delivery and support to industry-leading data center class computing, networking, server, storage, system software and systems technologies/products. Rakhi received her Bachelors of Technology in Chemical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology Kanpur, India and Masters of Science in Computer Engineering from Santa Clara University, US. During her relocation to India she got a Postgraduate Certificate in Business Management, from XLRI Jamshedpur. Rakhi is pet loving lady she also loves making new friends.

Dr. Moni is based out at Cardiff in UK. She is instrumental in finding new technologies in Healthcare and Radiology. He has authored several research papers in Radiology and Imaging Science. Reported more than 10000 MRI/CT/Pet CT till date. She is FRCR (Royal college of Radiology) with 18 years of experience in medicine. A Key resource involved in scouting innovations in radiology and helping it to implement it. She has experience in AI related tools in radiology and diagnostics. She loves doing new things and watching movies.

Priti has more than two decades of experience in HR and IR. She is instrumental in framing the HR Policies and legal agreements with our clients. She is a very valuable asset to the organization. She scouts potential technologies related to Psychometric Testing, training, development and talent management. Priti holds an MBA in PM and HR from UBS and a PG from the reputed JNU. She likes social work and working together with few NGOs.

Sunita has more than a decade of experience in Testing validation and IIOT. She worked for Infosys for more than 12 years in domains like Telecom, Banking, Manufacturing and also Social commerce platform. She also worked on site in US and Australia for client's project at Infosys. She is instrumental in technology vetting and then validation at KVM. She manages hard core technology-based products and Intellectual property. She did her B.Tech in Electricals and Electronics. She loves traveling, yoga and health related activities.
